I suggest you use/purchase the last type of head gasket pn ZUA000530 that has been released in Nov 2009 (tape this pn on Google you will find more details)
This kit includes the following parts that are used in the 2009/2010 production of TF with N engine (last version of K engine):
- MLS Gasket
- 10 long bolt of high quality tensile steel
- oil rail

This kit doesn't include : 2 steel pins for head centering and the gasket of cams covers that have to be ordered
I suggest to replace the valve stem sealing as well the camshaft sealings.
As weel you need the inlet manifold and exhaust gaskets.

The above mentioned parts have to be sourced via Rover MG dealers (you can find them contacting Xparts), the following parts can be purchased from a good spare parts shop.
Cambelt you can find Gates belts 145 teeth 26 mm suitable for automatic tensioner (Gates was the OEM supplier of Rover)
YOu can find kits from SKF includieng water pump and auto tensioner.
As well from Gates and INA you can find the alternator/clima belt and tensioner.
